Studland is renowned for its spectacular safe and and sandy beaches. The surrounding land is owned largely by the National Trust and has been declared an area of outstanding Natural Beauty. There are wonderful walks along cliffs, heath land and over the hills to Swanage or Corfe Castle.

The cottage overlooks open countryside, 6mins walk from beach, 2 minutes from the village store. Sunny rear garden has path leading onto National Trust farmland and access to beach. A walk through the churchyard across the field or down the lane will take you to another sandy beach. Nearby hotel and pub with open fire serves food. ( 5mins walk).
